About me!

Hello dear visitor,

My name is Celine Eimann, I am a Swiss-born artist who, after almost five years based in Australia, recently made the move back to the chocolate country.

I studied fine art and visual communications design, and now writing and illustrating children's stories.
I am the author of a children's book called 'Lyli meets the Stone-muncher' and I'm also the illustrator of 'The Sky Dreamer', both published by IP Kidz.

Here, I share a little bit of the big ups, and little downs of being an creative professional...Sometime the creative process feels a litle too much like being in a bubble, so please feel free to have a look around and comment away!

Bali arts and adventures

We are now traveling a bit on beautiful Bali. Our journey took us from sandy beaches to rice terraces with a volcano view. From toes in the sand to toes in the rice fields.
We met a few cheeky monkeys along the way...And of course beautiful creative artists and craftsmen(women) too. What a full day! I think tomorrow I will just stay very very still...Take a yoga class, meditate...and draw all day!

Hello!

Before we left for Bali I forgot to mention that I reunited with a old friend of mine: Unidonkey (half donkey/half unicorne).
I created "Uni" a couple of years ago for my friend Puri who wanted a magical creature for her birthday. Uni lives now in the busy city of Jakarta, but is preserved from damaged of time and Jakarta's polution. I was happy to see he was doing well;)

A also added a another photo of Yavir Basalamah's work, and us being silly...Of course check out his website to see more of his amazing work at: http://yaviz.com/
